REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment to Clear and Fair Refund Practices

At Yoga For First Responders (YFFR), we want you to be satisfied with your investment while committing to the journey of learning and applying the course content. Our refund policy provides clarity and requirements for eligibility.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for the course, subject to the following terms:

To qualify for a refund, you must submit evidence that you engaged with the course material and did not find it beneficial for your needs. If, within 14 days after the release of the first module, you feel the course isn't suitable for you, please complete the form below to request a refund.

Ensure that your refund request is made within this 14-day "Refund Period."

To receive a refund, you must submit ALL of the following items along with your request:

  1. Complete all contents of week 1 including quizzes with a 100% pass rate.

  2. Complete and attach at least five sentences detailing your understanding of how yoga can benefit first responders.

  3. Attach your reflection on the course topic and the promise it holds for your future teaching endeavors.

  4. Include screenshots of two trainee hub posts (published within the Refund Period) where you shared insights related to the course content or its potential impact.

  5. Explain why the course did not align with your expectations and the specific needs of your work with first responders.

Refunds will not be granted beyond 14 days after the release of Week 1 materials. After this period, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of course completion.

Please note: If you selected a payment plan and fail to request a refund within the Refund Period, you are legally obligated to complete the remaining payments.

Upon confirming eligibility for a refund, YFFR will instruct its payment processor to issue the refund promptly. Kindly note that YFFR does not control the payment processor's timeline for refunds.

Receiving a refund terminates all licenses granted for course materials. You must discontinue using and destroy all course-related resources.

Our refund policy reflects our commitment to fair guidelines and the efforts invested in creating and delivering the course content. By engaging with our program, you agree that all sales are final, except as described in our refund policy.

We maintain a strict stance against chargebacks. Engaging in or threatening a chargeback post-purchase may result in reporting to credit agencies, impacting your credit score.

YFFR reserves the right to determine appropriate disciplinary action for any violation of these terms. Requests for refunds due to disagreement with our disciplinary measures will be denied.

Participants found persisting in violating these terms may face termination of course access without refund.

For any questions or concerns, contact our support team at isbc@yogaforfirstresponders.org.
