Her non-profit, Yoga for First Responders, teaches mental, physical and emotional resilience through the practice of yoga. Barry Peterson shows how it’s helping our heroes.
Yoga For First Responders at Chicago PD
Yoga for First Responders is a new program introduced at the Chicago Police Academy that is designed to help Officers perform under stressful situations and support other more traditional training programs.
